Categories of Information that We Collect

   We collect nonpublic information about you from the following sources:

Information we receive from you on applications or other forms; such as your name, address, social security number, employment history, assets and income. 
Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others; such as, your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions and credit card usage.
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency such as: your credit worthiness and credit history.


Consumer Credit Reporting

   We do report credit history to a consumer credit reporting agency on a monthly basis. This means that your good payment history is being regularly reported so that your credit will reflect this positive activity and improve your credit scores. This also means that ALL negative account history and past due accounts are also reported on a monthly basis.  You need to be aware that your credit history follows you and your credit worthiness and the interest rates you will be offered are directly affected by this history.

   We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members or former members to anyone, except as required by law.
 

Confidentiality and Security

We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to only those employees and committee members who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
